praise and thanks

i'm actually en route home and i just wanted to post a couple photos without all the descriptions yet cause my time is limited, but my photos turned out great and i did SO much the past few days with the vegetarian festival, i met a 114 year old monk, and got many many buddhist blessings and also rode tuskers!!! so here's a few photos and i will talk about it very soon.

the parade. they suffer so you don't have to

pierced beauty

my tusker. he liked to eat a lot. i rode him for awhile through the fields and hills of phuket. i LOVE elephants. something i have in common with the thai people

my tusker

and the 114 year old monk i got a blessing and mantra from

the oldest monk in phuket

that was the last thing i did before i left thailand (well i'm actually in bangkok waiting for my flight to seoul right now) but that was the most special thing and the final thing and many many auspicious things happened to me in the last few days of this wonderful and difficult journey.

i give praise and thanks. i am a very blessed human being.
